Mourtada announced the freezing of "one of the Zamalek players" permanently because of his attempt to attack the Council

Zamalek president Mourtada Mansour announced that one of the players in the first team would be frozen indefinitely without revealing his name

"There is a player in Zamalek, he will not touch the ball again," said Mourtada Mansour.

"This player has been completely frozen because of his attempts to attack the club's board of directors," he said during a press conference at Zamalek
"The player tried to talk through a television program to attack the council, and he will not play again in Zamalek," he said.

Murtada Mansour held a press conference on Friday at Zamalek club headquarters, in the presence of the board of directors in full except Hani Al-Attal, vice president and Abdullah George. (Continued all that came in the conference of Morteza Mansour)

Zamalek lost to Ismaili 1-0 in the 13th round of the Egyptian league.

The goal of the Ismaili win came through Diego Calderon in the 58th minute.

Zamalek lost to Egypt for a draw and tied with Raja before losing to Ismaili in the league to keep away from the competition.
