Zamalek notifies Al Ahli of refusing to pay Fathallah's dues
Al-Ittihad has received an official letter from Zamalek club refusing to pay the debts of Mahmoud Fathallah, the former player of 6.5 million pounds, claiming there is a case to be considered in the courts, especially the player's contract.
The Football Federation had decided to stop the registration of new transactions for Zamalek during the month of January due to non-payment of the benefits of Mahmoud Fathallah.
The letter sent by Zamalek to the football federation that there is a case of a mistake in the contract of Fathallah during the previous Zamalek board of directors headed by Mamdouh Abbas and therefore will not pay the dues of Fathallah only after a ruling in the case against Abbas by the current Zamalek Council headed by Mortada Mansour.
