Tariq Yahya, Petrojet's manager, revealed that the club's management had asked Zamalek to sign one of his assailants in exchange for signing Mohammed Ragab.
"Zamalek have asked for a contract with Mohamed Ragab and when they asked me about my technical opinion, I told them my approval," Yahya told Reuters on satellite television.
He added: "We asked the officials of Zamalek to contract with one of his players, an attacker in exchange for the removal of Mohammed Rajab."
"Zamalek have agreed to transfer this striker to Petrojet in the deal Mohammed Rajab, but on loan."
"I did not reject the departure of Islam Gamal to Zamalek, but the crisis with Dabsh doping behind our refusal to move Gamal to Zamalek."
"We have presented a crisis that has caused many doctors and the player not to lie and what he has learned is that he will be stopped and the team's position is very difficult and our position is late in the table and we try to change our position."
"We have completed the contract with Omar Al Najdi, Alaa Ali and Sameh Abdul Fadil," said Yahya.
