Major General Jamal Shobokshi, the head of Agouza neighborhood, said that the neighborhood's organs will not allow irregularities on Zamalek club's river wall, stressing that it is running daily campaigns to inspect the construction and the extent to which it meets the required requirements.
The head of Agouza neighborhood told Al-Watan that there is a determination from the club's management to break the law and not to respond to the instructions of the neighborhood.
